Inverted W and Upright Rows

Lincecum’s Delivery at 1000fps
Tim Lincecum has a pitching delivery is one that is hotly debated whether or not it is the correct way throw a baseball. I don’t agree with most of it, but when viewing his arm action at 1000fps, he demonstrates what an arm should do (once it’s in position to do so).
Doug Flutie Throwing Mechanics
What does a former quarterback know about throwing a baseball? More than you’d think! Plus, he brings up a few great points very few if any baseball instructor (besides me!) even knows is the right way to let it fly.
Taking Your Arm to Jiffy Lube?
Tommy John Surgery has come a long way, but you’re kidding yourself if you think it permanently fixes the problem, or is as simple as an oil change.
