Like it or not (I do) the Bryce Harper Era has begun. Let’s forget about the hype for just a minute, and take a look at THE quality every ball player has in them… even if they aren’t considered “The Chosen One” of baseball at 16 years old.

Swing Thoughts
Mechanics, mechanics, mechanics. Swing mechanics seems to be the only thing we think about when we’re trying to either improve up at home plate, or bust out of a slump. That’s the wrong way to go about it. In fact, if you think about anything during your AB, you’re out before you swing the bat.
