Mechanics, mechanics, mechanics. Swing mechanics seems to be the only thing we think about when we’re trying to either improve up at home plate, or bust out of a slump. That’s the wrong way to go about it. In fact, if you think about anything during your AB, you’re out before you swing the bat.
