Lincecum’s Delivery at 1000fps

Tim Lincecum has a pitching delivery is one that is hotly debated whether or not it is the correct way throw a baseball. I don’t agree with most of it, but when viewing his arm action at 1000fps, he demonstrates what an arm should do (once it’s in position to do so).

We live in a world of simple fixes, especially when that simple fix is hailed as the way to get rid of the pain, and get you back on the field fast. Even though this particular quick fix is widely used, it isn’t the answer if you want to stay on the field!
